Maison Bertrand Food Co. (MBFC) is a fine food manufacturer of products with a historical relevance and tradition within Louisiana cuisine & southern culture. MBI offers items including, but not limited to, coffee & tea products, frozen desserts, baked goods, and confections.

Our anchor product line is our Kafé brand. Kafé means coffee in Kourivini (Louisiana Creole) and within the brand we offer whole bean and ground coffee. We use 100% Arabica beans and for our signature Chicory blend we use French chicory. Both are roasted perfectly to bring out tantalizingly aromatic and flavorful notes with bold flavor and a smooth finish.

We select only the finest Arabica beans from smallholder Ethiopian farms whose dedication to the fine art of growing coffee is unmatched. We maintain a direct link between ourselves and our Farmer partners. At Maison Bertrand we strive everyday to keep the Louisiana traditions and culture of fresh roasted coffee alive. To taste our Kafé is to have a taste of Louisiana on the lips and always at your fingertips.
