BLACK CHIA SEEDS
Salvia hispanica, commonly known as Chia, is a flowering plant from the mint family native to central Mexico and Guatemala. 16th century discoveries place Chia as a key crop for the Aztec people, it was as important as corn, growing all year long.

DESCRIPTION
Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids since the seed yields around 25-30% extractable oil, including a-linoleic acid. Seeds are also hydrophilic, meaning they can absorb 12 times their weight in liquid, and develop a gelatinous texture.

AGAVE SYRUP
Agave Syrup is an organic sweetener produced from the Blue Agave juices and concentrated at low temperatures (less than 104°F / 40°C) in order to preserve its properties.

Nah Hannah´s Amaranth Wafer is a low calorie, delicious and nutritious snack made out of amaranth flour. They come in three flavors, vanilla (natural), cocoa, taro, and macadamia nut. Amaranth is a highly nutritious food that provides a large amount of protein, vitamins and minerals. All the ingredients in Nah Hannah´ Wafers are completely gluten and lactose free.

DESCRIPTION
Our amaranth waffer´s are a very low calorie snack ranging from 1 to 1.3 calories per wafer. Amaranth based products are known for having benefits such as being gluten free, lowering cholesterol, being high on calcium, being an appetite suppressant, and being good for digestion.
